Canmov stands behind the quality of our furniture. To ensure peace of mind, all Canmov products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, everyday use.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 1 year from the original date of purchase

  • Scope: Covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal use

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Accidents, misuse, or abuse

    • Neglect, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs

    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading, or stains)

How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty service, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number)

  2. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage

  3. A description of the issue

All warranty claims will be reviewed and verified by Canmov. Once the issue is confirmed, our team will provide a detailed resolution to address the problem.

Important Notes

  • Warranty service is only valid for the original purchaser

  • Shipping costs for warranty service may apply unless the defect is confirmed to be covered

  • This warranty is non-transferable
